Horrible Company! Went on their site to purchase a deplaner. I ordered one (1). I checked it before I finalized the transaction. After I entered my CC# and ordered, it changed the amount ordered to 3 & I was charged over $300. I tried to contact their customer service & you can not get to them via phone. I immediately sent an email asking them to correct the order. I got a an instant email back stating they would be in touch. The next day they emailed me telling me the order couldn’t be changed because it was already shipped and provided me with a fake tracking number. I sent them another email telling them to cancel the entire order . I contacted my credit card company and Michael Todd responded to them by sending them various “ emails” that they claim to have sent to me but did not. It’s easy to type up an email after the fact, hold it in drafts & never send it to the customer to make it look to the credit card company that they have been in touch with you. This, in itself, is shady. I figured I would send them all back for a refund. But then I reviewed them online and read about people who sent them back for refunds & Michael Todd Company refused to refund because they claim to have received “ empty boxes, broken items “ etc etc. I am going to attempt to return my items- every excuse not to refund. If I don’t receive a full refund I will again update this review. Michael Todd in my opinion is a very shady company & I would advise “ Buyer Beware”

I bought this twice and both times it died within a week. It does not keep its charge!!!

Asked my mother to buy me the soniclear years ago when I was a teen to help with my acne because my favourite youtuber at the time used it. Reading the other reviews, it seems it is common for Michael Todd to send out faulty devices when they are not exactly cheap! I remember it failing to charge properly when I first got it even though I followed all the instructions. I am sure I sent it back to get a replacement as I have only 1 UK plug and 2 EU/US plugs. The replacement did the same thing and I just gave up and left if for a few years. I went to charge it up the other day, and it only lasts 10 seconds before dying! Its so frustrating how much money has been wasted on a device that doesn’t work! Obviously since it was bought I’ve redecorated, thrown stuff out, moved to uni etc and the box has been thrown away so I cannot verify my purchase. Its all a joke. Wish I asked for the Clarisonic.

I received a brand new Soniclear petite for my birthday in August 2021. In October 2021 is when I finally decided to use it. I opened the box, read the directions and started the first charge. I left in charging for 24 hours. Nothing, just two continuous blinking red lights. So, I checked to make sure it was plugged in and on the charger correctly. Let it charge for another 24 hours. Again, nothing. So, in the instructional
Booklet that comes with the product says to email any concerns, to which I did. No proof of purchase? Forget about getting any questions answered. My email was addressed by Sherry S. She said without proof of purchase your S.O.L.! What a *** company. I will never ever buy or recommend this company as they do not stand behind their products. Very sad.

Buyer beware. Customer service is incompetent. Placed an order on December 5 as of December 15 they emailed me a link with tracking numbers that are illegitimate. During those 10 days there were several emails questioning the status of the order. None of which resulted in any kind of conclusion. Initially was sent an app that I would’ve had to download just to track there product. Not doing that. Calls to the company route you through the phone tree Direct you to their customer service extension. Once there, he received a recording stating that there cannot take phone calls that they are understaffed and cannot provide the quality of customer service that is the standard of Michael Todd. Well Michael, if you can’t provide customer service, you can’t ship out orders that have been paid for, maybe you should not be doing business. Cancel my order and give me my money back.

Absolutely love my new soniclear elite. Only down side was the packaging! As it’s an electronic device, I would have expected some cushioning around it but no, none. The box was just in a satchel, I also ordered an extra face brush and it was just thrown on the outside of the box..

Awful customer service! I purchased almost 200 dollars worth of products as a gift and was sent two of one item and was missing another. Their customer service agent didn’t seem to understand my frustration or the urgency and instead I was told to return everything for a refund instead of me keeping what was correct so I could gift them and reshipping the missing items.
I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere

The website employes a scammy tactic of inflating the reviews for their products. Regardless of which product you select, they all have hundreds of 5-star reviews. This is due to the fact that they show reviews from other products, but append a note saying "Originally posted on (other product name)".

This does not accurately reflect the product in question and skews customers' perception of it.
The website does not provide any way to filter out irrelevant reviews.

I purchased the Sonic Eraser Pro on their website. I got a 10% discount for signing up with my email. On the day my order shipped, I saw their website had 30% off all items. I contacted customer service thinking they would match the sale price, but they will not. Most reputable companies will match a price within 30 days. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I will not order from this company again.
